Orphaned piglet Babe is won at a country fair by the gentle farmer Hoggett. Saved from the dinner table, Babe is raised by the farm's sheepdogs and discovers a unique, polite talent for herding sheep, ultimately defying all odds to compete in a prestigious national sheepherding championship.
