Step into the heart of Belfast's past and present on the Conflicting Stories Taxi Tour, a powerful journey through the streets, Peacelines and murals that shaped The Troubles with authentic taxi guides who were enemies and combatants during the conflict and now real friends due to the ceasefires and peace process that followed.

Led by experts with lived experience, this private black taxi tour takes you beyond the headlines and into the real stories behind Belfast's famous peace walls and political murals. You'll hear both sides of the conflict, told honestly, respectfully, and without agenda—because understanding comes from listening and your guides are expert 5 star rated storytellers.

The tours last two hours and take place at the following times:
10:30am
13:30pm
15:30pm

You are picked up from Castle Street in Belfast City Centre and dropped back there afterwards.

They can take up to twelve people on our tours and our passengers hear a personal story of the Troubles by each guide in turn from either the Loyalist/Unionist traditions or an Irish Nationalist/Republican tradition. Uniquely you will also hear the true history of the British Army as you travel and stop at the sites of murders, shootings and bombings and transfer to each taxi at the infamous Peacewall.
