Spend a summer Sunday by the sea with Copeland Distillery. Hosted by distiller Mick, the day begins with a welcome Irish coffee before a walk-and-talk around Donaghadee's harbour and lighthouse. Then it's oysters paired with Merchants Quay Blue Label, three drams on the distillery floor with Orto pizza, a Banyuls Bloom cocktail in the warehouse, and three further drams of unreleased whiskey straight from the source. Coach travel from Belfast is included, departing The Garrick Bar, Chichester Street at 2:30pm sharp. A full coastal distillery experience, start to finish. Part of Belfast Whiskey Week 2026.
