Now in their third year of partnering with Dunville's Irish Whiskey for the Belfast TradFest Session Trail, we have introduced a whiskey tasting as a part of the festival programming. The team at Echlinville Distillery have revived the iconic Dunville's Irish Whiskey brand, which originated right here in Belfast in 1808.

This tasting will be led by Global Brand Ambassador, Séamus Óg Birt upstairs in Madden's Bar. You will be guided through over 200 years of local whiskey history, and six pours of Dunville's - including the three Belfast TradFest exclusive single cask bottlings, two from Madden's Bar & one unreleased single malt warehouse cask sample!

Expect all the things that we love about Belfast pub culture - conversation, storytelling, music, a few pints and some great whiskey shared amongst friends! Our Belfast TradFest 2026 release of Dunville's Irish Whiskey will be available to purchase by the bottle on the night, along with exclusive Madden's merchandise.
