Let's Make Games (For Ages: 8-12)

Ready to become a game designer? You'll use GameMaker to build your very own game! Learn the basics of coding with easy drag-and-drop blocks, make your character move, collect treasures, dodge enemies, and play your creation before the session ends. No coding experience required.

KIPPIE work to inspire young people to explore the exciting world of games. Engaging, inclusive opportunities encourage creativity and develop valuable STEM and digital skills while showing how a passion for gaming can lead to future careers.

Ages: 8-12 / Duration: 90 mins.

Start Time: 10.30am (Exit Time: 12.00pm).

Venue: Ulster Museum, Learning Zone

This is a drop-off workshop. Parent/guardian supervision is not required. On the day of the workshop, parent/guardian will be asked to fill in a contact details registration form before the event.

Refunds: Please check your ticket (or email confirmation) as soon as you receive it. Tickets/e-tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless an event is cancelled, rescheduled or if they have been issued in error.
