Moira Speciality Food Fair returns to Moira Demesne for the weekend of 15th & 16th August. The event showcases the rich food heritage and innovative producers of the village and wider region.

You’ll get to meet food producers at the top of their game, making delicious creations and award-winning products. Chat to farmers from across Northern Ireland who are committed to sustainable farming methods and heritage breeds, vegetable growers working with the seasons and artisan producers using the best locally sourced ingredients to make exceptional foods.

Moira Speciality Food Fair provides the backdrop for the vibrant Northern Ireland food scene to flourish. Innovation in NI food is at an all-time high and you’ll get to see this in the range of food and drink in our Speciality Food Hall. Here you’ll discover artisanal producers that are fusing native food culture with global influences as well as fresh twists on classics.

Over two days you get to explore and experience food-themed demos, as well as panel talks and workshops.  Learn from the experts as we host a series of talks from the region’s top chefs, producers and food personalities.

There will be plenty of opportunity for audience participation and tasting the dishes prepared by our Chefs.

Finally, it wouldn’t be a day out without the social hub that Moira Speciality Food Fair has become known for with a select gathering of Northern Ireland’s top food trucks, outdoor craft bar and lots of eating areas. Plus, we’ll be joined by some great bands, and live music groups. 

There will also be plenty of activities for the kids and the whole family.
