An exclusive Distillery Day at Rademon Estate, home of Shortcross. Travel by bus from Belfast to the County Down estate for a rare tour of the distillery's bodega, tasting fully matured Shortcross whiskeys at cask strength drawn from fortified wine casks — Oloroso, Fino, Pedro Ximénez and Amontillado — across malt, peated malt and pot still styles. A light lunch of local produce and exclusive merchandise are included, along with plenty of time to explore one of Ireland's most beautiful distillery settings.
