The Three Plates, Three Drams series continues at the Morning Star with Ó Catháin — a whiskey that carries the name of Ulster warriors and dúchas in both the label and the glass. Three small plates from the celebrated Victorian pub kitchen are paired with three Ó Catháin drams, with the stories behind each pour shared as you eat.
